This project involves the complete refurbishment of a stunning two-story villa located within walking distance of the sea. The ground floor is dedicated to communal living spaces, featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, meticulously designed for comfort and relaxation. This level also accommodates the main bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and luxury. The lower floor, or sótano, houses a fourth bedroom and a spacious garage. The villa is crowned by a rooftop terrace offering breathtaking sea views, while the exterior showcases a beautifully landscaped garden with a striking infinity pool. The expansive terrace is thoughtfully divided into three distinct zones, including an outdoor kitchen under a pergola, seamlessly extending the pool’s presence across the site. This transformation emphasizes architecture, tranquility, and the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living, creating a harmonious retreat in an excellent location.
